2. Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. This time frame allows us to prepare your items for shipment, including quality checks, packing, and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer due to increased order volumes. However, we will make every effort to minimize delays and keep you informed of your order’s status.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Cost: Free for orders over CAD $100. For orders under CAD $100, a flat shipping fee of CAD $10 applies.

b. Express Shipping (Domestic – Canada)

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
  • Cost: CAD $20 (irrespective of order value)

c. Standard Shipping (United States)

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: Free for orders over CAD $150. For orders under CAD $150, a flat shipping fee of CAD $15 applies.

d. Express Shipping (United States)

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
  • Cost: CAD $25 (irrespective of order value)

e. International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-20 business days depending on the destination
  • Cost: CAD $30 for all international orders.

Please note that delivery estimates provided are based on information from our shipping partners and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like customs delays, inclement weather, or logistical challenges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. 7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Essentials Canada is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once the tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. However, if you suspect that your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation, and if deemed necessary, help file a claim.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@essentialscanada.shop. Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

9. Delayed or Returned Shipments

In rare cases, packages may be returned to us due to issues such as insufficient address information or failure to claim the package from the carrier. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipped orders.
